Stress can be good or bad. I’m a big believer in a balance of stress and relaxation. As a matter of fact, I try to go as far as possible with both. I think good stress is the key ingredient to a good day.

Stress is one of the major factors in the rise of anxiety disorders. If stress is too much it can lead to bad things. So be careful not to make it so much that it takes over your life.

I don’t have a medical diagnosis to back me up on this one. I am, in fact, a stress expert. Stress is really just a fancy way of saying things are too hard, too uncomfortable, and too difficult. We all know that stress is bad. But there is actually a whole field of stress research that goes into how to treat stress and how to prevent it from becoming too much to handle.
