what is the best way to offset cardiovascular stress caused by strength training?


Just one of many of my favorite questions asked by new, working professional athletes. Every time I answer it, I’m amazed at the response that it has gotten.

All of your responses to any of the above were answered before, but now you have all the answers to all of them.

I think it is really safe to say the answer to this question is a resounding “No.” When it comes to cardiovascular stress, there is no single, fool-proof, magic pill that will prevent or cure it. We all need to work to manage our stressors in a healthy way, which means learning to recognize the signs of stress, taking the time to address it, and then, of course, learning to manage it in a way that works for you.

The fact is, if you are stressed out and start fighting back, you will probably not get a good workout. If you are still stressed out, you will need to be more aggressive; for instance, you may not be able to use a massage machine. If that continues, you may not be able to find work and get back to your normal routine and get up and get dressed and rest.

The biggest thing to address is to be more patient and not constantly worried about your health. My advice to anyone wanting to get their workout around and get them workout is to never get caught up in it. I have worked with someone who has been working just fine for a few weeks, yet he has been stressing about his life and his health. By the way, I have never been able to stop him from getting his workout.

He’s got an injury that is in the process of healing. It is, however, a pretty major one. Just do what you can to take care of it as soon as possible.

Like my buddy who has an injury, my advice is to take care of it. To me, that means not stressing about what your body needs to take care of in the first place. I would also recommend not focusing on what your body needs to take care of.
